Heather Stallings • Owner & CEO
Heather received her Bachelors of Science in Biology at Williams Baptist College, Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Arkansas State University, Masters of Science in Nursing at Arkansas State University, and was credentialed through American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a certified and experienced Wound Care Practitioner and Excision Debridement Specialist.

Kendra Winston • Owner & COO
Kendra is the founder of Loving Arms Home Care with over 18 years of hands-on caregiving experience. She is a proud United States Navy veteran and an experienced bookkeeper, combining compassionate care with strong operational and financial leadership. She has provided care across a wide range of needs, including personal care, companionship, and end-of-life support, and personally cared for both of her parents during their terminal illnesses.
